Practical rules and packing
There are no food concessions available at the park. Bring plenty of drinking water, snacks, or a picnic lunch. The Gold Rock Creek area has a few picnic tables under the trees. Use reef-safe sunscreen and apply insect repellent, as mosquitoes can be heavy in the mangroves.
Stay on the designated wooden boardwalks to protect fragile ecosystems. Do not touch or remove any geological formations inside the caves. Trash facilities are limited, so you must take all trash with you when you leave.
